Here’s The Legal Reasons Why The CUP Should Be Denied Now
Christa Westerberg of Pines Bach LLP, Madison, wrote a letter to Scandinavia Township Chairman Gary Marx on behalf of Laura and Ron Scott to explain why the Conditional Use Permit should be denied.
As she states in the letter,
“The CUP cannot be approved, because the Application is incomplete and fails to comply with the County’s standards for CUP approval, including consistency with the Town and County comprehensive plan.”
